ORDERS:

When an order is placed, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming details and receipt of the order. This order is solely an acknowledgement email and is subject to availability and acceptance. Lambsquay Gallery reserves the right to refuse any order placed, with a full refund given if the case arises.

Print specification and colour are presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variation in actual dimension may occur and due to disparity in which differing computer monitor display colour; no guarantee can be given where the colour illustrated on screen accurately matches those of the actual print received. The customer has the opportunity to review all images and even request additional photos prior to making a purchase. Lambsquay gallery shall not be held liable for any inadvertent condition omissions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details of the order are correct. If any mistake is made to the order, please contact us at: contact@lambsquaygallery.com with reference to your order. Prices exclude VAT.

  • Lambsquay Gallery reserves the right to cancel any order & issue a refund at any time prior to delivery. In the event an item is mistakenly listed with an incorrect price, description, or photographic representation, Lambsquay Gallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed.

PAYMENTS:

Lambsquay Gallery utilises Stripe – a leading built-in, secure, almost instantaneous payment gateway accepting all major credit/debit cards & Apple Pay. Certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, all orders are served to the highest security standards over a secure SSL encrypted gateway. No information regarding your credit/debit card details are held with Lambsquay Gallery.

Lambsquay Gallery also offers payment through PAYPAL. No information regarding your credit/debit card details are held with Lambsquay Gallery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Lambsquay Gallery reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.

Protected under UK Consumer Contract Regulation, customers are entitled to a 14 day “cooling off period”. Customers are entitled to make a decision to return unwanted goods dating 14 days from the date the order was placed. The customer then has a further 14 days to return the goods.

The customer bears the full risk and cost of returning an item (postage and relevant insurance) if a decision is made to do so. The customer is encouraged to provide tracking as no refund shall be given until the item has been successfully returned to Lambsquay Gallery.

Lambsquay Gallery shall provide a full refund within 14 days on receipt of the returned goods, providing equal care has been taken to ensure the item(s) return in original condition.

Lambsquay Gallery reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if items are not returned in original condition. All our prints at Lambsquay Gallery are photographed prior to shipment in an attempt to avoid any dispute.

SHIPPING:

Lambsquay Gallery will release an email confirming the shipment and any tracking reference once the goods have been shipped. We aim to dispatch orders within 72-96 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Lambsquay Gallery will attempt to provide orders with a degree of tracking and/or signature on delivery whenever possible.

UK Mainland:

All orders are sent Royal Mail Special delivery/Parcel Force, tracked and signed for. Guaranteed 1-2 days from date of dispatch.

International:

For international/orders outside the UK, orders shall be shipped via Royal Mail International/Parcel force, or the appropriate carrier to ensure safe, signed for delivery. An estimate on delivery will be displayed on checkout. This represents a timescale from once we have shipped the goods (usually within 72 hours).

If no delivery option exists for your country of origin, please contact the gallery and we shall do our best to arranged an estimate for delivery.

  • Operating from the UK, international purchases are subject to their own respective import duties and taxes. Any import duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the owner and are not represented in the sale price.

All prints are securely packaged to our best possible standard. Upon delivery of goods, the risk of loss and all damage is immediately transferred to the customer.

Lambsquay Gallery reserves the right to restrict the shipment of prints to particular destinations. If a shipping option is not offered to your place of destination, please feel to get in touch and we will see what arrangements can be made.

DAMAGES:

Prior to signature of goods, please check your parcel on arrival as liability for any damage will transfer to the customer once the item has been accepted/signed for.

In the unlikely event any damage is found/suspected please contact us immediately, within 24 hours, sending an email to us at: contact@lambsquaygallery.com for further details. Items damaged during unpacking will not be refunded.

All our prints at Lambsquay Gallery are photographed prior to shipment in an attempt to avoid any dispute.
